Arranged by: Department of Literature and Department of Theatre Studies at Stockholms Universtiy in collaboration with the Strindberg Society.

The 14th International Strindberg Conference is to be held at Stockholm University, Frescati/Stockholm, Sweden, June 10-14, 1999. It opens with a reception in the evening of June 10. The sessions will start the following day, June 11.

The conference theme is "Strindberg and Fiction".

Invitation, additional information and call for papers will be sent out in October, 1998.

Papers can be held in Swedish or English.
